Still getting ready for CHA...making huge messes, painting everything in sight. Die Cutting till my arms want to fall off, and pulling it all together to make so delish fun for all who participate....this lil bird will be flying his way into my classes on Friday at CHA i love how well the wood takes the Luminarte paint.

I must have die cut hundreds of these butterflies....ohhhhh about 900 to be truthful.So many that my eyes began to go wonky

and how cool do they look when they are painted with gorgeous LuminArte  Twinkling H2o's?

and this one just makes me happy since I got to include my new "Thank You" itty bitty stamp from UNITY STAMP CO

CHA prepping Chaos!

My house is in utter chaos....there is boxes, paper, paint , scraps, bling, glitter EVERYWHERE....all in prep for CHA and the classes immediately following.

I have been snapping photos the past few days...thought it would be fun to share what goes on in the process of creating. If nothing else i create one heck of a mess along the way!

and now for a few of the finished samples....a couple of takes for the Creative Imaginations booth (my make n takes)

Love this one...I used my "Wicked" a halloween collection and turned it into and edgy spring tag.

A "Breathless" Valentines tag....i cannot get enough of this HOT CINNAMON dauber y LuminArte!

Creative Chaos!

 
CHA is days away...and like every other artist and designer my house it utter chaos, my art space is buried and i am creating like a mad woman.

I have been on the phone...plotting. planning, brainstorming and venting with Cheryl Mezzetti at least 25 times today not to mention the at least 30+ emails between each other. The good news....i am not sick of her yet, in fact....i love her more every day. We are planning some fun projects for our class, great make n takes....and lots of fab samples.

This little beauty is part of ONE of my Creative Imaginations Make-N-Takes....I used my "Wicked Collection" and turned it into an edgy spring tag....lots of LuminArte and drumroll please.....................my new stamps from Unity Stamp Company ! Can I get a WHHHHOOOO HOOO!???!!! 

I am sooooo darn excited to be a part of the Unity Stamp Company....I love the CULTURE, the SUPPORT and the GENEROSITY. This is sure to be a very successful partnership. 2011 is lookin good baby!

Change-

This past year was probably one of the more frustrating years I  have ever been through, mentally speaking. I know i am not alone and I know I am not alone in being happy that 2010 is a thing of the past!

2011 is my year of change...changes in my art career, changes in my personal life...my personal growth and in about a million other little parts of my life. I have so much room for growth and so little room for excuses not to make change.

So here's to a year of making a purposeful effort to be who and what and where I have always wanted to be...and here's to everyone else who is working towards change as well.
